[If it weren’t for QZMS] “I think maybe I would be less confident and energetic. Without the encouragement of my mentor, without the personal workshop, I will be in my own circle. It helps me to open my horizon and know that there are plentiful excellent people and I should learn from them.”
Advice for future Scholars: “I think the participation and the enthusiasm is really important. I find that there are some scholars in QZ don't participate in activities positively. Maybe they are really busy. But I do think the activities QZ held is really helpful. It's absolutely not wasting time. On the contrary, we can learn more and be closer to other scholars. So for the next year, I think applicants need to show real passion about this organization. If not, she should not be admitted.”
